No, these signs are a rental.

Your lawn sign can be enjoyed in rain, snow or sunshine. If hazardous conditions are in the forecast, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, provide an alternate date, or offer a credit that doesn’t expire to use at a different time.
Weekday signs (Monday - Thursday) are a 24 hour rental unless an extra day is added. Weekend signs (Friday - Sunday) are 64-72 hour rentals, and set up on Friday anytime between 6am - 2pm. Signs are taken down the Monday after the special event, anytime after 6am.
We are happy to leave signs for the duration of your event. Each additional day is $55
We do all of the sign set ups and take downs, unless the client has purchased the DIY option to install themselves. Clients that have NOT purchased the DIY option are NOT permitted to set up or to take down our signs.
To prevent damages or injury PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT move any of the signs, including our marketing sign. If you move any of our signs without consent you will be invoiced for any damages to the sign.
We handle everything! We put your set together based on your details provided. We will deliver, setup, and remove your lawn sign. All you need to do is enjoy the surprise. We strongly encourage taking lots of pictures and tagging Fairy Yard Mothers on Faceook and Instagram.
We are very sorry to disappoint you, but we do not take orders outside of our service area.
Once we receive your request one of your fairy’s will get back to you within a timely manner to let you know if the date you’ve requested is available or not.
Your signs are installed the day of your special event between 6am - 2pm, and are removed the next day anytime after 6am, unless you are renting for more than one day then we will pick up the signs on the last day of your rental anytime after 6am. All weekend rentals are set up on Friday anytime between 6am - 2pm, and are taken down the Monday after the special event, anytime after 6am. Please read terms & conditions for more information.
We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, E-Transfer and Cash. If you are paying by cash, payment needs to be dropped off at time of booking in order to secure your date.
No, your date cannot be held until both your order details are received and payment is made in full.
You may cancel up to 2 weeks prior to your booked event date for a full refund. NO REFUND will be provided within 2 weeks of your event. In the event we have to cancel due to inclement of weather, including high winds or lightning, we will either reschedule your set up or offer you a credit.
We do our very best to incorporate all your colours likes and interests from your order details, however we cannot guarantee it all available.
For a full Happy Birthday greeting with age we require 16 feet long by 4 feet wide of lawn space. In the event you don’t have this space available, we can work with smaller properties. Please inquire with your Fairy Yard Mothers for alternative options.
Typically yes our signs are only installed in grass however, we can place them on a hard flat surface with our bases.
